good content, bad system
The Master and Margarita, the content of the show, was as expected after listening and watching him for years. I was really excited but feel like the hassle of the venue is too much to bother with future shows. Yes, it's nice not being encumbered by cell phones, but there's also magic when they all light up like a sea of stars. I want to see Burt Krisher again, but not to stand in a long, heavily disorganized line, to have my phone locked away, and stand around again trying to find someone that can unlock it after. I can't check to make sure my kids haven't called with an emergency, see where my seats are, text the people I came with to find out if they got lost buying food, or ask to add items to what they are picking up. I also hate the bag policy, it seems like there's a different policy each time I come, or it's just enforced differently. Realistic bag size for ladies and men to carry medically necessary items and just overall realistic items. I'm severely upset over putting purses as " prohibited items". I would be less upset if the phones and restricted items were well documented before you buy the tickets. I've seen bags restricted to cell phone size, hand size, and another time I didn't see any restriction (all within this year).
